International Standards Education Agents (ISEA) has been established to raise the standard and to support Education Agencies to promote New Zealand as a study destination to prospective international students.

ISEA Accredited Education Agencies have completed a comprehensive training, compliancy and assessment process to ensure a high standard of competency has been met.

International students who have received guidance or support from an ISEA Accredited Education Agency through their student journey and have not been satisfied with the support or information received should contact ISEA to raise any concerns.
