Central Economic Development Agency (CEDA) is the economic development agency, and regional tourism organisation, for Palmerston North city and Manawatū. As a vibrant hub located in the lower half of the North Island of New Zealand, this region welcomes around 3,000 international students across the world every year to attend from primary school through to postgraduate programmes at a variety of world-class education providers.

Palmerston North city has been accredited as a Safe City by the International Safe Community Foundation and the region is often ranked as of the most affordable areas to live in New Zealand.

Whanganui & Partners is Whanganui’s economic development agency which is dedicated to delivering a thriving and resilient economy to the Whanganui district.
