ISEA is beginning to appear in the news as the need becomes greater for an industry shakeup and professional standards for Education Agents to be raised. The day will come when Education Providers, and eventually Government, will make it mandatory for Education Agencies to be trained and accredited in order to fix the many issues faced, not just the ones mentioned in this article.
