International Standards for Education Agents (ISEA) is the Accreditation Authority supported by the New Zealand Education Sector to set up and maintain the standards for Accredited Education Agencies.
The ISEA Accredited Education Agencies Council represents the different sectors of the International Education Industry.

The Accredited Council has been established to:
- Review and approve any changes to the Accreditation Rules relating to minimum standards for assessment and ethical conduct on a yearly basis or as required due to industry policy changes.
- Hear appeals from decisions of the ISEA Accreditation Assessment Team on disciplinary matters including decisions not to renew the accreditation of an ISEA Accredited Education Agent.
- Review and report to the New Zealand Education Sector on the performance of the ISEA Accreditation Assessment Team and Accredited Education Agencies Council (AEAC) in exercising their respective functions and powers.
